Welcome to Tennis Agility Training Part 1! This series is here to help provide you with the drills and tools necessary to keep you in shape for your athletic training. This first series is aimed towards tennis players and focuses on drills for footwork and quick changes in direction. This series can also be very beneficial for other sports like soccer or lacrosse that require fast feet. Part 1 gives you 6 footwork drills to work on 5 cones or 5 objects to place on the ground as targets. These drills can be done in interval training style or all 6 done through multiple rounds, enjoy and stay tuned for part 2!
