Welcome to Kiwi Pilates! This class is a core-focused class while also focusing on mobility. If you are looking for something at a lower intensity that still gives you a small burn, then this is the workout for you! In this workout, we alternate from a mobility move to an ab move, starting off with a hip opener then moving into our abs. This is a completely equipment-free class, all you need is a mat and some space! Get ready and enjoy some Kiwi Pilates!
