11/2/20 - We are kicking off Week 7 with a burner! Today's workout starts off with a standing ab sequence that uses a weight. Charlotte is using a kettlebell, however, you can use anything you have for a weight. After 3 rounds of our standing sequence, we move into a sequence made up of planks, bird-dogs, and big crunches. Our last sequence has some plank waist work, basic crunches, and fire hydrants! Grab your weight and some water and get ready for this Monday morning ab burn!
