9/23/20 - You made it to the end of week 2! We're amping up the difficulty in workout 4 by adding in some new and challenging moves. There is no equipment needed for today, just a mat and some water! This workout is made up of 3 sets, each with 3 different moves for 2 rounds. For each move, we are working for 50 seconds with a 10 seconds rest. We are definitely upping the difficulty, however there are still modifications to each move to best fit you!
