10/5/20 - It's Week 4 time for more! Workout 7 is going to target your waist and is also going to focus on our favorite slow-burn moves! Equipment is optional but encouraged for today since we are upping the difficulty! We are using one mat and 2 different weights, one lighter option, and one heavier option. We are starting off with our heavier weight in a standing sequence with Teapots and Halos with a few planks mixed in. We go through that 3 times then move into our slow-burn crunch sequence. We are firing all of our core with partial sumo burpees and as promised, plenty of our Waist Wittler move! The heavier the weights, the more of a challenge, so pick your poison, and let's go!
