10/1/20 - Welcome back to Week 5 of our Ab Challenge! We're kicking off this Monday with 45 seconds intervals of each workout. We've got a lot of lower ab work and waist work today so get ready! You'll need a set of heavier weights, Charlotte is using a set of 10lb dumbbells, but you can substitute for anything that can be used as a weight. This is a quick and effective workout in under 30 minutes!
