Welcome to Total Body Burn! This 45-minute workout is a strength workout geared to build muscle strength, muscle endurance, and raise your heart rate. We are going to be working in sets made up of 2 rounds. Each set will have 2 minutes of strength work followed by 1 minute of a heart rate raising push. Equipment for this workout is one medium or lighter set of weights, one heavier set of weights, and one mat. Grab your equipment and some water and let's get moving!
