11/5/20 - Welcome back to Winter Sports Conditioning! Today's workout is a short HIIT workout that focuses on raising your heart rate. High-Intensity Interval Training is a great way to prepare your heart for your winter sports and burn some serious calories! In this HIIT workout, we have four exercises done four times through. Each move is on a minute interval, so you will have one minute to do the set number of reps and take your rest before starting the next one. For equipment, you will need one jump rope and one kettlebell, if you don't have either of these you can substitute for something else with weight. Grab your equipment and let's get it!
