11/3/20 - Welcome to Workout 15 of the Thanksgiving Ab Challenge! We're almost to the end of this challenge so we are bringing you a tough one! Today we will be working in sets of 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between. Our first set is made up of plank downward dogs and alternating leg drops, then we move into plank taps and scissor kicks, and finally superman and bicycle knee taps. Each set has two moves and will be done three times through. For equipment, all you need is one mat and you're good to go!
