9/16/20 - Welcome to Thanksgiving Ab Challenge Session 2! We hope you liked session 1 of building foundation, now we're slowly working our way up! Workout 2 focuses on building muscle endurance of the upper and lower abdominals. Your rectus abdominis is the upper and mid section of your abs and your transverse abdominals make up your lower abs and is the deepest of the abdominal muscles. We are paying extra close attention to those muscles groups with this workout, along with some work on the back. We are bringing you 3 sets, each with 3 rounds of 3 different moves being done for 45 seconds. If you missed workout 1, you can find it here on TSHFit! Way to go making it to workout 2 and we'll see you Monday for workout 3!
