9/21/20 - Welcome to week 2 of our 8 Week Thanksgiving Ab Challenge! We're kicking off Week 2 with a little bit of everything in this round of abs! We are of course amping up our workout since last weeks by adding some new moves and using a bit more of our weights. We've got 3 different sets, each made up of 4 different moves for 2 rounds each. For this workout all you need is a mat and a light set of dumbbells! As we amp up each workout in this series, we encourage you to challenge yourself as much as you'd like!
