Winter Sports and Conditioning Series - Session 7

10/20/20 - Welcome to the second half of Winter Sports and Conditioning! Winter is getting even closer so we're amping up this second half with a lot of high heart rate moves. This quick session is sure to get you sweating and raise your heart rate in just 20 minutes! We start off with our regular dynamic warmup to get your body ready to move, then we jump right in with our first set. This first set has a little bit of kickboxing, followed by some squat touch jumps, and finally some burpees. Our next set of exercises is a little more strength-focused with alternating forward lunges, pushups, and more burpees! Our last set is a combination of strength and sweat with some weighted squat variations and some jumps to raise your heart rate one last time. For equipment, all you need is one optional heavier weight. Make sure you have some water, this one is short but tough!
