Winter Sports and Conditioning Series - Session 9

11/3/20 - Welcome back to Session 9 of Winter Sports Conditioning! Today's workout is going to be a lot of core work, a few heart rate raisers, and a little bit of strength. We are starting off with a quick warmup then we have nine different exercises to work through. Our first set is three different moves three times through, we have one high-intensity move, one strength move, and one core move. Then we move onto our next set with another high heart rate move and another ab move, and we finish off with a set made up of all strength and core. For equipment, Sean is using one set of dumbbells, however, you can substitute for a kettlebell, an at-home weight, or no weight at all. Grab some water, give yourself some space to move, and let's go.
