Welcome to Monster Slamball Abs! This is a 20 minute Ab workout that uses only a slam ball and a mat, if you don't have a slam ball you can substitute for a medicine ball or weight. We are going through 1 minute rounds of 8 different exercises, 2 full times through. There are a few standing ab moves which will target your abs and fire some lower and upper body muscle groups as well. Enjoy following along with Charlotte for the next 20 minutes of slam ball abs!
