11/11/20 - Welcome to the last workout of the Thanksgiving 8 Week Ab Challenge! You have made it so far and have done so well sticking with these workouts so we're ending with a toughie! We will be doing 12 different exercises in 45-second intervals that will target each part of your core. For equipment, you will need one mat and two paper plates, tissues, socks, or anything that can be used to slide on the floor.
