Take 20 minutes to lengthen your muscles and feel good, foam rolling is a great way to do that! Rolling out your muscles is a form of self massage that is designed to release tension build up. We often carry stress in our muscles which leads to them tightening up, rolling them out is a very effective way to release that stress. All you need is a mat and a foam roller, if you want less pressure from the roller you can add a second mat to provide more cushioning. If you want more pressure, you can roll without a mat on a hard surface. Grab your roller and let's stretch!
