Welcome to Total Body HIIT! This 20 minute workout is focused on high intensity interval training or HIIT and is guaranteed to raise your heart rate and get you sweating! We start off with a quick 3 minute warm up to loosen your muscles and get ready to sweat, then we go straight into it with an EMOM! An EMOM stands for Every Minute on the Minute, meaning every minute we work. In this EMOM we have 2 exercises to complete in one minute and any left over time is rest. Next up we're taking you through an AQAP which stands for As Quick As Possible. This sequence is made up of 20 seconds of jump rope and a reverse lunge ladder. We finish this 20 minute sweat off with a little bit of slam ball work to raise the heart rate even further before ending! The equipment used in this workout is one set of dumbbells, one jump rope, one kettlebell, and one slam ball. For weight sizes, Sean is using 15lb dumbbells, and 24lb kettlebell, and a 30lb slam ball, all weight sizes can be customized for your fitness level and degree of difficulty for the workout. This workout is perfect if your looking for a quick high intensity sweat!
