10/26/20 - Welcome to workout 12! In this workout, we're upping the difficulty by adding in an optional BOSU Ball! This piece of equipment is great for increasing your range to really challenge abs! We start out with a little warmup to get our body ready and get a little balance practice on the ball. Then we go through a series of moves targeting all down the front of your abs, followed by moves specifically for your waist, and we finish off with a little bit of back work. If you don't have a ball, this workout can be done on the floor completely equipment-free, but if you have a ball it is encouraged if you want to challenge yourself!
