9/17/20 - Welcome back to Winter Sports Conditioning Session 2! Session 2 is definitely going to raise your heart rate! Session 1 gave you a little bit of a strength and balance base and session 2 is going to be using that base! We start off with a quick warmup, then jump right into raising our heart rate with some jump rope and jumping jacks. After that we fire your legs with a squat/lunge sequence. This one will get you sweating so stick with it and we'll see you next week for session 3!
