10/27/20 - Welcome back to Winter Sports Conditioning Series! For today's workout, we're using some weights and a step. For weight, Sean is using 15-pound weights, but you can use whatever you have for a weight. If you don't have a step or a bench, you can substitute with a chair, ottoman, or any other surface. We're going to start off with a quick warmup then jump right into set 1 with one heart raising move and one strength move. Set 2 is made up of just heart raising moves and set 3 is all about abs! Make sure you have everything you need for equipment, some space around you, and some water!
