9/24/20 - Welcome back to Session 3 of Winter Sports Conditioning! This session is a total body burner, we are going to raise your heart rate, strengthen your upper and lower body, and do some balance work. We start off with a few minutes of warming up then move into some lower body strengthening with squats and single leg deadlifts. Then we move into some upper body, balance work, and finish off this 30 minute workout with abs! All you need for equipment today is one medium sized set of weights and one lighter set of weights, Sean is using a set of 5lb dumbbells and a set of 10lb dumbbells. Grab your equipment and some water and let's get it!
