Welcome to the Trunk Trimmer Ab Workout! This workout requires no equipment and can be done either on a mat or a soft surface. This 25 minute ab routine is effective because it hits the front, back, and sides of the trunk. Each moves fires different parts of the core including the rectus abdominus, the obliques, and the lower back muscles. We start off with a few planks, then move into crunches and leg drops and finish off with Superman's. This sequence is done 2 times, but a third or fourth round could be added to amp up the workout.
