Follow along with trainer Sean for this quick lower body and core burner! 20 minutes of firing the major lower body muscles, along with some standing core exercise, and ab moves on the mat. Each move is designed to fire the muscles in your core for stabilization, balance, and ab strengthening. The equipment used is one kettlebell and one mat. Sean is using a 26lb kettlebell and the kettlebell size can be adjusted per person. This workout can be modified with less reps or amped up with more weight!
