Total Body Muscle Building with Charlotte is a 30 minute workout that improves muscle endurance, mobility, strength, and burns a lot of calories! There are two pieces of equipment used in todays workout, a kettlebell and a slam ball. Charlotte is using a 26lb Kettlebell and a 15lb slam ball and these weights can be modified per person. If you want to modify this workout to fit your personal fitness level you can reduce or lose the weight and follow the modifications for the high impact moves. If you are looking to amp up this workout to challenge yourself further, you can use heavier weights or repeat each set more than three times through.
