09/14/2020 - Welcome to Day 1 of Charlotte Brynn's 8 Week Thanksgiving Ab Challenge! This is an 8 week long progression that will have a new workout every Monday and Wednesday. We recommend tuning in every Monday and Wednesday at 9am, however you can do it any time of day as long as you stick to it! Session 1 starts off as our intro workout, it will offer you the foundation and ground work to build on as we progress into abs of steel! The moves in this workout can be considered "home base" moves, so if during any other workout there is an exercise that isn't right for you, you can have these moves to turn to. Enjoy session 1 and we'll see you on Wednesday for session 2!
