10/19/20 - Welcome back to Thanksgiving Ab Challenge! We're kicking off this Monday with some intense ab moves! After a quick standing warmup, our first set is aimed at the lower abdominals and some waist work with leg drops and wraps. After going through 3 rounds of set 1, we've got 3 rounds of partial bicycles and waist whittlers. Finally, we finish off with 3 rounds of weighted suitcase crunches and side crunches. Equipment for this workout is an optional weight to use during our suitcase crunches, Charlotte is using an 8lb medicine ball. Get your mat and get ready for this waist crushing workout!
