9/21/20 - Welcome to week 2 of our 8 Week Thanksgiving Ab Challenge! We're kicking off Week 2 with a little bit of everything in this round of abs! We are of course amping up our workout since last weeks by adding some new moves and using a bit more of our weights. We've got 3 different sets, each made up of 4 different moves for 2 rounds each. For this workout all you need is a mat and a light set of dumbbells! As we amp up each workout in this series, we encourage you to challenge yourself as much as you'd like! Grab your equipment and let's kick off week 2 right!
