This 20 Minute Ab Workout is a quick way to fire all areas of your core giving you stronger, toned, and more stabilized trunk! In this workout, we've got 2 set, each with 3 different moves going through 3 times each. To make the most of these moves, we've amped it up by using a 6pound medicine ball. To modify this workout, you can either get a heavier ball, lighter ball, or no weight at all. There are a lot of benefits that come from having a strong core, good posture, lower risk for lower back pain, and improved mobility are just a few.
