This total body workout is designed to build muscle and raise your heart rate! A combination of slow burn moves with a heavy weight and high intensity heart raising moves makes this a very effective workout in just 30 minutes. In this workout, Charlotte is using a bar with 15 pound weight plates on each side and a separate 5 pound weight plate. All weights and moves can be modified to fit any fitness level and ability. Enjoy and work hard!
