9/29/20 - Welcome back to Winter Sports Conditioning Session 4! Today we start with our regular warmup then jump right into raising the heart rate with skater lunges and squat jumps. After 3 rounds of those, we move into some of our agility work, one minute of the Four Dot Drill, and 10 single touch squat jumps. Then we finally finish off would our strength work, lower body, and upper body, then abs. Sean is using 2 different sized kettlebells, one larger and one lighter. These could easily be substitutes for dumbbells, medicine balls, or any weight you have. He is also using a mat for some abs at the end, if you don't have a mat any soft surface will do! Grab your equipment and let's go!
