10/1/20 - Welcome back to Winter Sports Conditioning Session 5! Today's workout is definitely going to challenge your balance! The main piece of equipment for our balance work is a BOSU Ball. No worries if you don't have one, you can do this workout without it or you can substitute for a pillow, ottoman, couch, or anything to give you less stability. We are also using a medicine ball that can be left out or substituted for a dumbbell or kettlebell. This one may take some practice and it is sure to benefit you when winter comes!
