10/4/20 - This is going to be a quick workout! In just 25 minutes, we're going to have little time for rest so make sure you've got your water handy! We're starting session 6 with our regular dynamic warmup to get the body moving. We jump right into lower body strength with a squat and lunge sequence, we have 3 rounds and in each round, the difficulty of the squat and lunge is going to increase. Our next sequence brings in some upper body strength and still fires the lower body with some added balance work. After our strength, it's high heart rate time with skater lunges! We finish off with a few more rounds of some strength work and a little bit of mobility to improve your range of motion.
