Welcome to your post workout foam roll! While strength, HIIT and high heart rate workouts are fun, your workout isn't fully complete without a stretch! This quick foam roll is sure to lengthen out your muscles and release any tension and tightness. This class requires one mat and of course, one foam roller. When it comes to finding the right roller for you, remember the softer the roller, the easier it's going to be on your muscles. A harder roller will have you feeling a few more tender spots, and this same rule applies to the surface you are rolling on. The softer surface you roll on, the softer it will be on your muscles.
