If you are experiencing sore and tight muscles this is the class for you! There are so many amazing benefits from stretching and rolling regularly and one way to maximize the benefits is to combine them! When we roll out our muscles, we are releasing any tension buildup from strenuous activity, then we combine that with a stretch to lengthen that muscle out. Rolling out our muscles can feel a little tender at first and the more regularly you roll, the easier it becomes. If you choose to roll on a softer surface like a yoga mat or a carpet, the rolling will be more gentle, if you choose to roll on a harder surface you will have a more intense rolling on your muscles. The gentle stretch after each rolled muscle will help lengthen and loosen. All you need for this class is a roller and a mat is optional.
