9/30/30 - You made it to the end of week 3! We're ending this week with an ab burner! Today's workout is full of our favorite slow-burn moves and some new exercises. We've got 4 different sets, each set made up of 2 different exercises with each move being done for 45 seconds. Most of this workout is completely equipment free, there is an option to add a lighter weight during one set. Grab some water and a mat, you'll feel this one tomorrow!
