Welcome to Abs of Steel! This 30 minute workout is made up of a plank series, a crunch sequence, and some back strengthening! This is a completely equipment-less workout, all you need is a mat or a soft surface to work on. We start off this workout with a plank series that is made up of regular planks, reverse planks, and side planks to target your upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. After 3 rounds of planks, we move into our crunch sequence that has crunchies, reverse crunches, full crunches, and some modified bicycles. The moves in this sequence also fire you upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. We finish off with some Superman's and Starfish to strengthen your back and complete a total core workout. This workout can be modified with the move modifications or by shortening the sets, it can also be amped up by adding more sets. Enjoy getting your abs of steel!
