Follow along with Charlotte for this 30 minute yoga-stretch hybrid class. The goal of this stretch is to lengthen out your muscles and destress your mind. This class is a combination of regular stretching and some basic yoga to incorporate a little bit of mindfulness and some breath work. The yoga that is in this stretch class is very entry level and focuses on simplicity of lengthening and stretching out. We start out this session with three basic sun salutations, followed by a few hip opener stretches, and we finish with some trunk and rear shoulder work to complete a total body stretch! There is no equipment needed for this class, it can be done simply on the floor or you can add a mat for some more comfort. Stretching and working on your flexibility is an important and often overlooked piece of fitness, so take this next 30 minutes to loosen your body and your mind.
